Such a fun place for children. The people who work here are very nice and friendly. We are visitors to the country and was taking my grandchildren on an outing. Unfortunately, I am not fluent in the Japanese language. The museum Representative went out of her way to make sure we understood. She used her goggle English translation app. We were so thankful. She gave us wonderful instruction on making the cold green tea. Which was refreshing and delicious. The grands had the green tea ice cream, which they loved immensely. We had some at another location.. My grandson said this was the best! We enjoyed the Japanese garden from inside then went out to play in the field before walking alone the Booboo Batanical Garden path. We stopped by the little pond with a beautiful yellow Koi. The grands feeded it with the fish food given to them by the museum Rep. Such a wonderful relaxing day. To our surprise, we were the only ones there this afternoon. Your children will love this village of tea-whisk artisans. Of all the places we visited so far... my grandson said "Sobou we have to come back." Very convenient to transit.
