Nice quiet beach with clean sand. You can go out quite far and still stand up in the water. The sea floor is also sandy. It felt safe as well. Next door to the 'couple' rocks. Free car park at the west end, by the cafe.

Gorgeous beach on warm days. There is a cafe nearby, surfers, people fishing, and other tourists enjoying the views. Peaceful, and idyllic. There is plenty of nearby parking.

福岡市内中央区から(大口海岸)糸島市までは高速道路を使って約50分のドライブ 糸島にも色々な海水浴場や海のスポットがありますが こちらの大口海岸は「とても綺麗な場所」というのが第一印象。 まずは大きな鳥居が目印で入口です。 桜井神社の境内地であることから鳥居が設置されているようで印象的で分かりやすい場所だったりします。 そのお隣に無料の駐車場がありますので、年中無料で車は停められますので気軽に海を楽しむことができます。 この日は自身のやってる「しのきちチャンネル」(YouTube)の撮影で訪れました。 海のお隣にはBistro&Cafe TIMEという雰囲気の良いカフェがあり、素敵なロケーションで海を眺めることができるのでインスタ映えは間違いありません。 気になる海ですが、この日は雨が降った翌日でしたが、とても透き通っており最初に書いた通りとても綺麗な海で年配のカメラマンやサーファー、海水浴を楽しむ方々がマナーよく少人数で楽しまれていたので、他の糸島の海岸より静かでゆっくりしたい人はオススメかなと。 このタツノオトシゴのオブジェは地元の方々やボランティアの人達が、海岸に打ち上げられたゴミで作られているようです。

Great local beach. Surprisingly clean (for beaches in Japan) and wide even at high tide. Low tide is the best time for kids because the water is shallow and there are lots of great tide pools. Free parking on weekends is almost impossible to find but the large pay parking behind the glamping area is not expensive and provides easy beach access, outdoor showers,...
