Dear Yamaha Japan. Why do you keep discontinuing comfortable and aircooled bikes in India. You will soon go out of business if you continue like this. i have not found a good platform to send you the below message. but person working here in this institution may pass my message to concerned personnel or manager of Yamaha Motorbike division.

You have discontinued FZ 250cc which was a good tourer and commuter bike. it was suitable for daily commuting as well as long rides.

brought Fz-X 150cc which is underpowered. it is classic bike but it lacks power. so you should consider lauching a 250cc version of it.

you have discontinued R3 many years ago. but may be i guess after watching Aprilia launching RS 457 you decided to launch updated R3. but it was too late. the bikes was overpriced. many 400cc bikes are available in the market now at this time with better and resonable pricing than R3.

You keep removing main stand from commuter bikes like FZ series. what the hell is this. What is the cause for removing main stand. we riders feel a great harrasment to lube the chain in the middle of a long ride if we need it to. Do you Japanese people carry a main stand in your backpack while doing long rides.

As you know road conditions of our nation is not that great excluding expressways and some major roads, it is felt that we need some cruiser type bikes of 200cc and onwards in India with good seat comfortability, aircooled engine, modern safety features with dual channel ABS.

please wtach youtube videos of riders from India where riders modify their R15 into an aventure model by rising the handlebars so as to get confortable position in long rides. you can consider lauching your tracer model of 155cc or a 250cc version in India.

you can also consider launching your bolt cruiser versions with air cooled engine, 300cc or a 250cc version.

learn from Honda what they have done to CB350 series and CB200x. they launched an adventure bike and a big commuter bike with aircooled engine. see and learn how they are competing with RE brand of India.

japanese engines are great, refined and reliable. i myself own a R15M v4 version. i do long rides nonstop of 500km at a strech and i feel exhausted in that bike because of our poor road conditionss like several speedbreakers, bumpy patches and streches, offroad streches, potholes etc. have it been a tracer 155cc or a 250cc witha good seat cushion i would do so well without any exhaustion. other riders riding honda CB 350 or bikes with upright riding positions they do not feel exhaustion. they are confortable.

road conditions are improving but it would take a long time. by the time other bike brands would already capture the market.

Launching R15 and MT15 in India is not the only answer. you do not have any 200 or 350cc aircooled commuter, adventure or a cruiser bike or a maxi scooter. also aerox 155cc has less petrol tank capacity and no dual channel ABS. petrol tank capacity should have been of 12 litres or like that of R15.

Do have a deep thought on this messages. Thanks and love from...

Better than you think! Yamaha has a nice cafe in there, and the showroom is has more going on than just looking at their latest bikes. Several displays allow you and your kids to sit on/in the vehicles and take pictures. There are a couple simulators too such as a fishing one that didnt make alot of sense, and a motorcycle simulator which though the display is hokey did require you to start and drive the motorcycle in a realistic way. You can tell kids may like it in some areas, and though not huge, defintely worth checking out...at least they got...

Good small museum to learn the story of Yamaha Motor Company.

Its not big. With only 3 floors. But they put all their milestones there, including the most recent Niken or their robot rider.

There is small cafe in the third floor. And for moslem, there is a place wudhu in that same floor.

Bad thing is, this place is quite far from station. You could only go here if you have personal commuter vehicle or if you ride bus and taxi. Expect a little more difficulties when you want to go...

A great selection of motorbikes of all capacities and styles, including scooters. The variety is such that the displays are interesting to casual riders and sports motorcycling fans, with even an interactive bike ride available. There are even some exhibits related to Yamaha's boat and car engines supplied and fitted to road-going vehicles and water-borne craft of the recent past. To cap it all, admission is free.

Absolutely loved visiting the Yamaha Museum! It was incredibly interactive and informative—perfect for music and motor enthusiasts alike. From trying out instruments to learning about Yamaha’s rich history in both sound and speed, every exhibit was thoughtfully curated. The hands-on displays and detailed explanations made the experience fun and educational. Highly recommend for visitors of all ages!
