The receptionist and the dressers were all very kind, and although I went there alone, it was a great experience. I was able to choose my favorite combination of kimono, obi, and string from several different types, and I was also given a hair ornament.

The place where you will be dressed is a well-equipped dressing room and clean. The dressing will be done carefully and only takes about 20 min or so. But the skill of the dressers is quite high!

The Amami garden also has a very nice atmosphere. The many pictures the kind receptionist took for me made it a good memory.

Even though I am a Japanese, I think international visitors would enjoy this place. The staff there said that there are many non-Japanese visitors. I hope the Amami no Sato will be one of the hot spot to introduce Oshima Tsumugi, Amamiโ€™s tradition as well as Kagoshima to the world. Thank you very much for the warm...

Thank you very much for the warm hospitality.

This is a very beautiful and exquisite garden. Some people might find it unimpressive but if you love flowers and plants and gardens then this is a must visit place. I loved it so much that I was in a trance, as if I had a glimpse of heaven. Also great for people who want to organize a wedding here. โค๏ธ

Absolutely gorgeous gardens, sadly ruined by nets and electrical wires dotted around for lighting (this appears to be a wedding venue, which would explain it). Such a beautiful garden deserves much better care and attention being paid to hiding the wires.
