Nice place, with lots and lots of food options, like ramen, manjyuu, pizza, washoku and a Baskin and Robbins ice cream shop. The food court is beautifully decorated, comfortable and, even when crowded, people keep it as quiet as possible. Also, lots of omiyage options. There's also a convenience store, bathrooms and a reserve outdoors smoking area. And a Ferris wheel! The parking lot gets really crowded depending on the hour or the day...

My favorite onsen, very easy to use as a foreigner. Has a great lounge area, awesome food court, children's play area, and souvenir shop nearby. the onsen itself has a beautiful outside onsen (rotenburo) with excellent in door options including jet tubs.
