バスのアクセスがよくなって、また行きたいとおもいます。 中央林間與春日部，前者是最終成為幻影的田園都市；後者，則是極度入世，落成時標榜為東洋最大、連同蠟筆小新一家人，居民超過兩萬人的集合住宅群。兩個對比的城市，透過三家鐵路公司直結，80餘公里的距離，倒是能夠都不必轉車，找到好位置後就一路睡到終點，來到本日的目的地：首都圈外郭放水路。 穿過形似縮小隧道的入口。即使這裡不是哆拉A夢的主場，在小心翼翼摸著扶手爬下溼滑的一百多階梯子後，看著眼前的景觀，還是不得不產生了被縮小的錯覺。18公尺的挑高空間，讓我聯想到了青森縣立美術館的「アレコホール」展示室，在那邊，被棟方志功的巨幅畫作收服，而在這裡，我的心，則被作者不詳的柱體群征服。一年之中，這裡真正有運作的日子，平均是七天，多餘的聲響與光線，都被剩下358天份的空白，給迅速吸收掉，也讓這原本不過是1.5個足球場大小的調壓水槽，套上了一層層神秘的濾鏡，以地下神殿的姿態被記憶著。 它的真身是疏洪設備的一環。超載的雨水，從地面的孔洞被導流入地下河，最終進入調壓水槽(也就是此處)後，暫時儲放，擇日再以抽水馬達排入江戶川。一個月前在網路上預約好，再來就是祈禱前一天不要下大雨，或者是有像筆者這樣的雨男報名，就能順利進去參觀。雖然目前還沒有英語導覽，但是在附設建物「龍Q館」聆聽過簡單好懂的模型說明後，不管國籍，應該都能了解這裡在當作外景場地以外，真正的重要功能。題外話，比起地下神殿，反倒是指揮中心更常被拿來拍戲，畢竟，這裡怪獸戰隊特攝片大國，日本啊～ 今年，負責管理的國土交通省，與東武鐵道締結合作關係，希望把每天舉辦的見學會當作起點，來推動周邊的地區再生活化。不過，就如同其他郊區都市上演過的故事一樣，需要被活化的沉悶現況，來自於附近大型購物中心的誕生，它讓人們的活動軌跡，簡化成只剩點到點的直線，從家開車出門、開入購物中心的停車場，超市UNIQLO家電沙龍照牙醫寵物手機電影剪頭髮，全部都解決完一輪後，再開回家去。南桜井站前，連500円的平價海鮮蓋飯店都鐵門深鎖，有營業的，僅剩下破敗的老書店，相館，以及水果攤。而諷刺的是，這次去參加見學會時搭的車，正是這大型購物中心所提供的接駁車呢。假使不能孕育出蠟筆小新彩繪巴士以外新的附加價值，那來參觀的人，終究只是改變了連線的方向與長度而已。洪水會退去，而如果有一天，這裡對人的吸引力，也跟著退去的話，我會覺得非常遺憾呀...。

Really interesting tour and well done with the QR code for English and Korean speakers. It will require some level of mobility and fitness to up and down the stairs but we had a very enjoyable tour. We walked from the nearest train station, it was very pleasant stroll along flat streets and passing gardens

A special place worth a visit. it is pretty cool down there even during the summer - a great place for heat relief. Pre-booking is needed and entrance fee has gone up from 500 yen to 650 yen. I drove there and there are plenty of parking space. The tour was quick and mostly in Japanese. The exhibit has English explanation though
