The cages are small, dirty, boring, and not suitable for the animals. Most of the birds can’t fly, some of the animals hand wounds on them, walked in circles from boredom, had dirty water or no water at all. The floors are often just concrete or packed dirt with no green. It was a but warm in mid-may but I imagine in the summer the animals must be incredibly hot with no shade, no water, and enclosed in plastic with no fresh air or wind. It is located in a large Park with many cats. There are basic toilets and vending machines maybe a snack stand in summer. Not much else there.
