自宅近くの公園、川の側の公園なので、家族連れや子供達がよく来園しています。 南北に長めな公園なので、ウォーキングや愛犬の散歩、スポーツの練習等々で利用されてる方も多い。 私も、たまに園内を自転車で走る事は有ります。 春になると、花見で来園される人が多く、駐車場探しが大変と思います。 川を挟んで対岸側も公園になってますので、見方を変えて楽しめるのも良いですね。 尚、写真は花見時期の公園です、写真だけ撮られる方も、花見時期は多いですよ。 追加で、大雨や台風の後に訪れると、増水時の川砂等々で、園内の遊歩道等々が砂だらけでヤバめです、風が吹くと更にヤバい、異臭等々は無いのですが、ちょっとな〜、と感じてしまいます。

4月4日のさくらの咲く時期に散策しました。 ここは緑の敷地が広くて大きな木も川もあり、遠くは霧島連山も見る事ができます。上を通る白鷺橋もいい景色の中のひとつです。 実際たまに白鷺が空を飛んでいます。公園内の道を歩いていて近くで地面をついばんでいる鳩も逃げません。犬と遊ぶ家族連れや同じ様に散策を楽しむ方などいろいろな形で楽しんでいていい公園です。 公園内をいつもきれいにしてくれている管理の方々に感謝です。

場所としてはいいのに。きれいに整備（わざわざ駐車場潰しつつ（）ドラゴンボートとかいうののためだけにされたらしい）されたのに。 トイレがない。簡易トイレだよ？ありえない。 隼人側の公園のトイレは一応あるけど、国分側には簡易トイレだよ？ありえない。 せっかく、ウォーキング・花見・各種運動などできるのにトイレがない。簡易トイレとかありえない。河川敷だから洪水のときどーのこーのと言い訳は聞き飽きたから、整備するならきちんとしてほしい。しかも道が中途半端！道も一緒に作れよ！という感じ。霧島市の悪いところだと思う。あちこちにこういう勿体無い公園や条例でわざわざ作ったよみたいな変なぞうさんすべり台だけある公園とかあります。 霧島市がきちんと発展しないのは、子育て支援～とかいっているのに子どものために何もしてない市長のせいなのかな。残念な街です。ここの公園の桜は...
