Beautiful waterfall the explanation on how it was formed after volcanic eruptions were quite interesting. The hike down and back is moderately difficult so not suitable for people with knee issues etc. you can get a glimpse of the fall from the viewing platform so for those who don’t want to make the hike down you can still see the falls. Suggest taking a walk to the waterfall as you can’t see much from the viewing platform. The walk is 300m long and 50m elevation loss/gain over 200 steps. It seems like they only planned to make 200 steps so the slopes towards the top (or at the start) were quite steep. Walking sticks are provided. The views of the...

I initially wanted to give a poor review because it was quite a difficult trek to get to the base of the waterfall which wasn’t worth the effort. However afterwards my mum told me that after this trek steep staircases no longer faze her, so for that this waterfall...
