Huge supermarket spanning between 2 floors. The ground floor sells mostly food and necessities. Ready to eat food is also sold here if you need a quick meal. The 2nd floor sells clothes and toys. For tourists, the tax-free counter is on the ground floor within the supermarket. Do note that you can make purchases with multiple receipts before claiming for tax refund, which is given in cash. Purchases for food and items which have been consumed/opened cannot be claimed for tax refund.

Good luck having any semblence of customer service I the tax free counter. Weather it's the rude short snippet of we can't do that here go to first floor for anything not part of the around style area or it's the unprofessionalism of their actions and how they treat another human being. One of the worst service I've experienced in Okinawa. Staff omit information time and time again when we ask about tax refund, making us go back and forth to be rejected repeatedly.

Some items are definitely cheaper than other countries. But ultimately, am really disappointed in how the staff has handled the whole situation. Would patronise this brand again but definitely not at...
