Nada Maruyama Park — Attraction in Kobe

A massive beautiful park tucked into Mount Maya with a breath taking panorama view from Osaka to Kobe port and with a backdrop of the beautiful mountains. On clear days, one can see across the ocean to the Islands beyond. Has a running track, beautiful sakura plus various other flower trees around the running track. This is one of the most beautiful parks I've ever seen. It is spacious as well as full of trees. One has to climb quite a few steps to reach the open top. From there, you get a fantastic panoramic view of the entire city of Kobe, which, especially at night, dazzles you and makes you feel as if you are seeing Fairyland. なんてことのない公園ですが、広いし気持ちいい場所です。眺望良く、ちょっとした夜景スポットとしても人気です。

公園に登る前にコンビニ・弁当屋があり、公園入口前(階段下)に自販機があります。公園内には何もありません。ゴミ箱もないと思います。 トイレはそこそこにはキレイで怖すぎない雰囲気、ペーパーも置いてます。 駐車場は無料でそれなりに停めれる広さですが、土日祝はいつも満車気味。近くの路駐は禁止されていますが、構わずしてる人が多いですね。びっしりと路駐されている時に奥の駐車場まで登ろうとすると、降りる車とすれ違えずバックも塞がれ立ち往生になりやすいです。そんな時は諦めて手前の駐車場で折り返すべきかなと。あまりに混雑している時は警察来ます。スピーカーで移動要請されるか、駐禁切られるかは運次第。

広いグラウンド、走り込みするような土の外周、小学生用の複合遊具、腹筋台やストレッチ用の健康器具、長い滑り台を目指すちょっとしたアスレチック、木を生やした散策エリアがあります。 複合遊具のそばには水分補給・手洗いできる水栓があります。 色んなところにベンチがあり、公園を広々と眺めるもよし、木に囲まれるもよし、眺望を楽しむもよし。平日も昼食だけ食べに来る人もちらほらと。 休日のグラウンドにはピクニックテントやサンシェードを立ててる人が多いですね。火気厳禁、灰皿はありません。 グラウンドはハゲハゲで凸凹だらけなので、サッカーボールが跳ねたり水たまりが多かったりと、本格的にスポーツするには快適な場所が少ないかもしれません。子供や犬と軽く遊ぶ程度なら全然いけます。
