Hatchohama Seaside Park — Attraction in Kyotango

Parking is free and there are public restrooms and outdoor showers that you can use to rinse off after a swim or surf. It's more suited for longboards on the outside sandbank (about a 150 m paddle) while the inside has some pretty strong shore break that might not be best for young swimmers. Hacchohama is located west of Kotobikihama. There is an extensive park for strolling around the beach called Hacchohama Seaside Park constructed right next to the beach where many benches as well as other type of amenities are placed on the grass covered ground. From the nearby fishery port we can observe beautiful senset in the evening with flying fish jumping above the surface of water. This is one of the most beautiful part of Tango Peninsula.
