This is a cool little place on the outskirts of Urasa. The buildings are distinctive with their wooden beams and white walls. Rows of grape vines are dotted around the surrounding fields. Head into the main winery building where there is a shop and a tasting counter with an array of the different products they produce. The last time we went the sparkling wine was the pick of the bunch. Down the stairs you can see the barrels in which the wine ages and can also see some of the snow that lines the basement walls to regulate the temperature throughout the summer.
