Toguchinohama beach — Attraction in Miyakojima

One of the top beaches on Miyakojima! The crystal clear water is great for swimming and relaxing in the water with calm waves. Beautiful fish that swim around you and we even saw a stingray. Not the best beach for snorkeling especially compared to others in the area but if you just want to relax in the water or on the beach it's perfect! There is also plenty of space on the beach so even if it's pretty busy you can have plenty of space and get away from everyone. There's a couple spots along the back wall with some shade under some trees. Otherwise there are not much more than one or two shady spots so if you don't want to be in the sun make sure you bring...

Beautiful beach with pristine clear waters and white sand, they have a car park and some coffee stores/vending machine next to the beach, so every refueling demand from travellers should be well met. These are spots to take some epic photos as well. To reach Toguchi-no-hama you will also have to cross the Irabuohashi Bridge, which is a great experience itself. The only small minus point is the beach is a bit short and there are only few beach chairs there. Still, it is definitely worth to spend an afternoon...

What a beautiful beach. The water is very clear love to swim and relaxing. The sand was very soft and beautiful place. The parking lot was limited only and has a coin shower facilities next to the toilet 100 yen for 4 minutes only.
