本日の午後から夕方の時間帯に、2階のトラベル用品コーナーで体験したことです。

大人3人と子供1人で、子供用スーツケースをみていました。 子供が色を気に入ったようなので母と私と3人でサイズ感をみていたら、いきなり男性店員が飛んできて無言で商品をひったくりました。触ったり試したりがだめならばまず口頭で案内がほしいですね。めちゃくちゃ怖かったです。

いきなり向かってきて子供から商品ひったくるおじさんなんて不審者でしかない。ひったくった商品の扱いもうちの子供より雑だし、ヤバいやつかと思ったら首から職員証ぶら下げてて、この人店員なんだ…と唖然としてしまいました。

主人がすぐ隣の円柱のスーツケースに目を引かれていたのに気づいたようで、私たち3人がフリーズしているうちにそちらに行き、セールストークをはじめました。しゃべれたんだね！

主人が面白い形だけれど使いづらそうだね、とコメントすると 「え、いや、人気ですけど？？上に物乗るんで」 四角いスーツケースも上に荷物は乗るけど？

上にものが乗るかどうかよりも車で旅行することがほとんどなので車に乗せやすいものがいいな、と言うと 「いや、セダンにも乗るんで！コレ！！」 セ、セダン？

子供と大人3人の3世帯跨いだグループでスーツケース見ていたら、セダンで旅行しない可能性想像できません？ちなみにうちの車は子持ち御用達のミニバンですよ。突然のセダン登場で再び思考停止ですよ。このおじさんのマイカーはセダンなのでしょうか。

ところで、接客ともよべないような対応をしておいて、よくその連れにセールスかけられるな〜と思っていたのですが… もしかして一緒に歩いてきて隣に立ってるのに、連れだということも気づいていらっしゃらない…？

私は最後まで会話の行方を見守っていなかったのですが、車に積む時これじゃあスーツケース綺麗に並べたり重ねたりしづらいよね？と言ったら勝手に会話切り上げてどっか行ったそうです。 全体通して馴れ馴れしいタメ口接客だったようです。

商品知識ゼロで適当なことしか言ってない質の低い店員だね、面白い見た目以外のセールスポイント聞きたかったんだけど…夏休み終盤で忙しいから臨時の日雇い入れたとかじゃない？とのこと。

でも、他の方のクチコミにスーツケース売り場にヤバい男性店員がいるというのがあって、同じ方だとしたら常駐する販売員なのでかなり怖いですね。いないほうがマシだと断言できるレベルの店員さんって珍しい。 10年に1度出会うかどうか…という逸材でした。

余談ですが、男性店員が去ってから子供のスーツケースをもう一度みていたら、今度は女性の店員さんが来て「どうぞ他のものも、開けたり引いたり試してみてくださいね！」と案内してくれました。 どうやら、私たちが何かだめなことをしてしまっていた訳ではなさそうですね。

Very large mall with many stores. Has a nice cinema. Problem is traffic and parking. If you go in the afternoon especially on weekends, you are going to be spending a lot of time trying to get there.
