Tamesaburo Memorial Museum — Attraction in Nagoya

Incredibly beautiful place! So serene and quiet. I am glad I bought the combo ticket, I started at the art museum and walked over to Tamesaburo museum, where there were displays of the master's work. The house itself is so well maintained, it was an art on its own. Don't miss ordering the drink and seasonal sweet cake. There are qr code on the table to scan and order (there's English explanation). I ordered Matcha which was served on a glass bowl made by a local artisan. Beautiful blue glass bowl. Had a relaxing morning here. It is essentially a traditional Japanese house and garden with pottery on display. The ticket is ¥600. You can get a cafe ticket on top for ¥1,000 for a drink and a sweet (ice cream/wagashi). The best thing is that they have tables everywhere in the house where you can order your drink and sweet.
