This is a park that anybody can enjoy. It is very spacious and has a large fountain in the center that lit up at night. Even on hot summer days, big trees cast shade for you.

In spring, the rose garden is in full bloom. As you can see in the photos, there are many different kinds of roses to enjoy, and it is fun to walk around and check out their name tags.

Hydrangeas are also beautiful in June. This park is famous for them, and it is very relaxing to walk through hydrangeas and take pictures of them.

It is also a fun place for children. There is a plaza with large playground equipment, where elementary school children go crazy playing. There are also some unique playground equipment, so toddlers and elementary school children can play for hours and never get bored.

When we get tired, we take a break at a café in the park.

The Tsuruma Library located in the park is also one of the largest libraries in Nagoya and has many English picture books for reading practice. I could find "I Can Read!" and "STEP INTO READING" series, which are very useful...

I was in Nagoya for 2 days and one night and decided to visit this park it’s about a 30-minute train ride from the city and the station that you get off is across the road from the park, there were quite a few visitors to the park despite it being a very hot day. I decided to walk the perimeter of the park and watching that I would follow the shade. The park is a nice escape from the bustle of the city, I enjoyed the tranquility of the park and the beds of roses and somewhat dense areas where it nearly felt like walking in the forests. Unfortunately, that time of year some of the settings were without water but it was summer, I enjoyed taking many pictures to view later. The center piece of the park is the fountain, it seems the crows were enjoying the cool water, if you are in the vicinity of this park, it is worth taking a look at, you could lose an hour or so here easily but I do suggest to go in any season other than summer for obvious reasons, follow the walk trails, sit at certain spots where there are stone cubes to sit on as well as the...

One of Japan's oldest and best public parks. Hundreds of pure-white cherry blossoms and piping hot takoyaki trucks in spring, sunsets between the tall pines at the end of rainy season, fragrant trees in fall, the clear sun sparkling on the traditional Japanese garden in winter. So full of life--children playing, high schoolers escaping to the libraries, couples on picnic dates, photographers sniping the perfect shots of birds. Welcoming to all and a perfect place for harmonious urban life. Safe enough for a picnic at night. Clean restrooms, rose gardens, playgrounds, library. A true public park - no brand shopping, no police probes. Just people enjoying life...
