So confusing. I understand that this is meant for tourism, and it is duty free...but can anyone without an international or domestic flight shop here, and just pay regular prices???? Biggest issue was Marc Jacobs not having an actual store, it is only a wall... despite review photos I saw from 7 months ago... there's no information about how to purchase anything from that wall. It is all weird and confusing.
EDIT: There’s only a few stores you can shop at that aren’t duty free brands if you DO NOT have an international or domestic flight out of Okinawa. Most stores are duty free and You cannot purchase any duty free items without a flight out unfortunately.
I wish there were an option to be able to purchase duty free products, but at regular prices so it’s a win win for everyone...

We drove there today (Christmas Day) and found each other some nice presents at the YSL and Mont Blanc stores, however we were REJECTED at checkout as ONLY international travelers who are leaving Okinawa (with airplane tickets) are allowed to shop at the T Galleria.
