舞天 本店 — Restaurant in Naha

The service was very sloppy and totally unprofessional. We ordered our food before the arrival of the other few groups of customers, but our food failed to arrive after waiting for 30 min while other customers were almost finishing their dinners. We complained and they finally came out with one soba but the rest still didn't appear after an hour...We decided to leave and the manager wanted to charge for all the orders. I refused to pay and told them it was very disappointing. They kept saying ok which is really not very ok. The only soba we had was not outstanding either, and the whole experience was frustrating....

Standard Japanese fare, if you've been to an Izakaya before there won't be many surprises here.

That said we were really happy with the food we received. The yakitori was some of the juiciest and most tender I've had, the zaru-soba was refreshing and the gyoza quite tasty.

オープン以来何回か行ってます。久しぶりに入ったところ、フロア担当の女性スタッフがなかなか、気づいてくれず、しばらくレジ前で待たされました。女性スタッフの1人はずっと怒ったような顔をしてピッチャーや、コップなどをどかどかと音を立てて準備？をしており、なんだか雰囲気が良くないなぁと思いながらカウンターの席に座りました。席間が狭く荷物を置く場所もないので、しばらく鞄を抱えたまま座っていたところ、隣の年配の女性も同じように鞄を抱えていましたので、フロアの女性に足元に荷物を置くカゴを持ってきてもらうように伝えなくてはなりませんでした。 料理の注文は自分のスマホからする形式になっており、それについての店員からの案内も卓上のほとんどなく、少し戸惑いました。 料理は天丼と蕎麦のセットで大盛りを頼みましたが、来た蕎麦が明らかに少なく、これは大盛りなのですか？とたずねたところ、調理場に確認しに行ったきりずっと戻ってこないので、目の前に置かれた料理をたべて良いのかよくないのかわからない状態で待たされました。そのまままっていると、追加分？の蕎麦がだいぶ遅れてきましたが、特にすみませんなどの言葉もなく、私が聞かなかったら、普通盛りで大盛りの料金を支払うことになったのかなと思うとなんだか嫌な気分になりました。 天ぷらは油っこく、蕎麦も団子状態でねとねとしており、以前より味が落ちたなと思いながら食べました。 隣の年配の男性は来た料理が違うようで、男性スタッフともめていました。多分もう行...
