Secluded and quiet. Few tourists and only a handful of sparsely used beach attractions run by the handful of locals in the area. If your looking for a place to chill outside the city with a tiny seaside town like in a drama this is the one.
Recommended high tide for visiting if you want to go in the water. Beach is particularly rough for bare feet at low tide thanks to the exposed coral and rocks. Recommend some kind of swim shoes for protection. High tide is more comfortable if you can time it.
Because the visitor numbers are generally lower expect to see some sea life. Lots of little crabs running around and more if you look closely. Can see tropical fish if your lucky.
Drive or take the bus. Some small parking areas near the beach but not many. By bus it's 720yen from Naha Bus Terminal, bus numbers 50, 51, or 53. Last stop is this town and return busses vary by time of day but usually 20-45 minutes between. Then about a 10-15 minute walk down hill using the path by google maps.
