We found this place after deciding to try visiting a farm near Nara Park. This was the first time we tried the local kotaka strawberries and they taste like heaven. We did not see a strawberry picking option in the shop but the taste of the strawberry itself was more than worth the visit.

I rode my bicycle from home. This is a very nice strawberry farm. Some types of strawberries are very sweet and delicious. The owner of this strawberry farm is one of the younger owners in the area.

電車を使って直売所に立ち寄らせていただきました。 開放感がある直売所で、普通に立ち寄れる雰囲気です。 当方一人の怪しいオッサンでしたが、挨拶され歓迎されてる感じでとても好感がもてました。 遅い16時に行ったので売れ切れかな？と不安だったのですがまだ少し在庫がありました。 直売所の取り扱いは、甘みが強い「章姫（あきひめ）」と、奈良ブランドの「古都華」でした。 特に章姫は柔らかくて輸送できないため一般店では出回らない品種なのでオススメです。美味しかったです。 なお最寄りの電車は二両編成ですが、一両目の一番前のドアしか開かないので注意が必要です。
