This place is amazing! We watched a video on NHK featuring this place and when we decided to go to Osaka, we knew we had to visit. The person is so passionate and nice, but in person is even more so. They helped us choose and made the best takoyaki I've had. So many sauces to choose from. I can only recommend, it's impossible to convey how lovely it is in person. Spoke English enough to order and eat, as we speak a bit of japanese it helped us too. We had 8 pieces each, they were pretty big so we feel full. Two sauces per person, they are hard to choose from, but there are helpful labels in pink with short descriptions in English. For drinks there is a choice of both alcoholic and non alcoholic, all located in the fridge simply take and pay with the bill. Free water with ice from a pitcher. There is a toilet for customers and it is free of charge. Regardless there is google translate, if one finds a loss of words or needs help with the menu, so no excuses, if you are visiting Osaka, you must come here!

Read moreMore than 10 different local Osaka sauces to choose from! The owner is very friendly. He has a passion to preserve and spread Osaka's sauces. You can eat ”takoyaki” inside the restaurant. The takoyaki is fluffy and hot. The restaurant serves only alcohol, soft drinks, and takoyaki. Take-out is also available. You will have to wait a little longer for the freshly baked takoyaki, but it is worth the wait! I recommend the "takawa sauce" and "Negi-Shio sauce". Please try different sauces! Closed...
Read moreIt's a nice specialized Takoyaki eatery. I tried 4 different sauces, all served on freshly made Takoyaki. I think the prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality, the octopus is not too small either. The owner knows English (and to my surprise even some chunks of German) and was patiently listening whenever I spoke Japanese. I felt very welcomed and...
