Maishima Sports Island — Attraction in Osaka

I attended a Galantis concert at Maishima Sports Island (舞洲スポーツアイランド), and it was an incredible experience! The venue is spacious and well-organized, with great facilities that made the event smooth and enjoyable. The sound quality was excellent, and the atmosphere was electric. The surrounding area is beautiful, offering a scenic backdrop of the bay that added to the overall vibe of the concert.

I regret going. It was like an hour trip from Osaka Station to get there plus a 1300 yen entrance fee and the place is quite small and of course, you'll need to get there early to avoid crowds. Transportation to go back to the city is schedule every hour, so if you don't spend the whole hour there, you'll have to wait anyway. Interesting location! We were attending D1GP there but it seems like a mix of an industrial park and recreation area. There's a place where families can go camping and barbecuing, but there's also the most colourful incinerator facility you've ever seen.
