Road Station Subashiri — Attraction in Oyama

A great place to rest😍. If you are planning to climb Mt. Fuji from Subashiri 5th sta then you can park your car here. It’s free parking space.

If you are coming by your own car, then please park your car 🚘 at Kawaguchiko Sta and take a shuttle bus 🚌. This is the best option. It will take around 50mins to the Mt. Fuji 5th Sta.

Other routes such as Kawaguchiko Sta to Mount Fuji 5th station close at around 6 am (in 2022), so Subashiri is an option in this situation. And after climbing from here you will also join the members of Yoshida Trail in the 8th stage. 👍✌️

Great view of Mt.Fuji while you have your meal. Ordering your meal is kind of automated, where you press buttons to select and pay for your meal before you enter. Kitchen then serves it up much like how a McDonald's do. Menu on the wall at entrance is clear and with some supporting English, enables even the most uninitiated to make their choice. The road is super nice and beautiful. I had the chance to drive around 4am afterwards. The road is silent and the greenary is amazing. There are many local shops and restaurants and motels. I would recommend to stay over the night there especially nearby the lakes. It has a wonderful view. For mental relaxation is just unique and being able to camp and tent a place to stay in a tent would be memorable. Also you will have a cool view of Fuji far away and...
