Banba Park — Attraction in Saitama

Small park in Nisshin in Kita-ku. It is used a lot by locals. You can use picnic sheets here and kids can ride bikes. They have a nice playground with various equipment and a sand pit. There are swings for toddlers that have support on the front and back. There are also swings for older children. They have various slides including a large one with two windy slides and one straight one. There are spring rides around the sand pit.

The park also has a small garden area with some flowers and trees. There are toilets and vending machines.

Great park for a picnic and for kids to play. It also has a nice running track that circles the park.

Regular toilets are squatting style but there is a family/handicap toilet with a western style in it. The cleanliness of the restroom needs work though, as does some of the plumbing, some of the sinks were broken.

Parking was easy enough to find, but might be a bit more difficult if there was baseball...

Online description of the place is very good, a lot fun advertised. Unfortunately it ia not updated at all. The whole play8ng structure is out of order. Kids are not allowed to play so 90%of the fun is lost. Also, getting in the park is not easy at all. No sign visible (assuming there are any) and small parking lot. Unless if they fix it, it's not a place...
