I am very disappointed with my experience at this store! I came here and purchased several items. During payment, the cashier printed three receipts but only handed me two of them. My friend noticed that the third receipt had “20% discount” written on it, but the cashier kept it instead of giving it to me.

This made me wonder was it because we are FOREIGNERS that we received such unpleasant treatment? In addition, when my friend was looking at a wallet inside the display case, the staff were also very unfriendly towards us, despite the fact that my friend speaks fluent Japanese.

I visited this store with my family on April 8, 2025, and we were really impressed! The store is large and well-organized, with a huge selection of clothes and other reused items.

We ended up spending over 2.5 hours there and bought plenty of great clothes. Everything was in good condition and reasonably priced.

The shop is big! Definitely recommended for you to spend half a day. I want to say the amount of products are less compared to shop size. But they have bigger places for rest and drinks.
