This is one of my favorite chocolate makers in Hokkaido, so I was excited to see this place on my visit to Sapporo. I arrived on a Monday to discover it was indeed an attraction as there were many foreign tourists walking around the grounds outside. Had a soft serve in the cafe and bought a cake from the souvenir shop. Just an advice, you can get "most" of the same stuff minus tax from the airport if you're an overseas visitor.
