📃Menu and Pricing The menu is limited to desserts and drinks, with prices on the higher side. The quality doesn’t match the cost, making it similar to many tourist attractions with overpriced, mediocre food.

💁Service The service was disappointing. The staff seemed unable to communicate in English, which is surprising for a place like the Shiroi Koibito Park that attracts many international visitors. We specifically requested a window seat while waiting and were told it was fine, but we were seated elsewhere. When a window table became available shortly after, we asked to move but were refused, despite not having settled in at the original table. This left a bad impression.

🍮Food The taste was mediocre and didn’t suit my preferences. The only highlight was the iconic Shiroi Koibito cookie on top of the dessert, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.

💡If you’re very hungry after visiting the factory, this café could be an option. However, I wouldn’t recommend it otherwise, as the experience is very much like many tourist restaurants—high prices with...

Food is delicious!!

We came on a Tuesday and there was about 30 minute wait time at 11:30. The lounge is super cute and you have a nice view of the mountains and park from the large panoramic windows.

Once you order the food on the tablet provided, it took awhile for all our food to come out. Our drinks made it out first after about 10 minutes then our strawberry pancake a few minutes after. The savory plate took about 30 minutes from the time we ordered but it was very tasty.

The location is kid friendly and the kids will enjoy the delicious chocolate milk and whipped cream...

Great place to take a break and get some quality sweets.

Definitely get the delicious hot chocolate that's smooth and creamy.

My wife and I opted for the chocolate fondue which was a plate of assorted fruits and a white chocolate fondue along with sliced up pieces of Baum cake. The combination of fruits and baum cake dipped in chocolate sauce was extremely decadent.
