We specifically requested a window seat while waiting and were told it was fine, but we were seated elsewhere. When a window table became available shortly after, we asked to move but were refused, despite not having settled in at the original table. This left a bad impression. 🍮Food The taste was mediocre and didn’t suit my preferences. The only highlight was the iconic Shiroi Koibito cookie on top of the dessert, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. 💡If you’re very hungry after visiting the factory, this café could be an option. However, I wouldn’t recommend it otherwise, as the experience is very much like many tourist restaurants—high prices with average quality.

Once you order the food on the tablet provided, it took awhile for all our food to come out. Our drinks made it out first after about 10 minutes then our strawberry pancake a few minutes after. The savory plate took about 30 minutes from the time we ordered but it was very tasty. The location is kid friendly and the kids will enjoy the delicious chocolate milk and whipped cream covered pancakes.

Great place to take a break and get some quality sweets.

Definitely get the delicious hot chocolate that's smooth and creamy.

My wife and I opted for the chocolate fondue which was a plate of assorted fruits and a white chocolate fondue along with sliced up pieces of Baum cake. The combination of fruits and baum cake dipped in chocolate sauce was extremely decadent.
