It is a rebuild castle up hill. It need about 10-15 minute of mountain climbing. There is multiple entrance to this park. Unfortunately by following Google map direction, it lead you to no where. U can choose to take the path beside the temple, adjacent to the graveyard staircase all the way up. The view at the rooftop was okay, probably befy of cloudy day, can't see...

It is a rebuild castle up hill. It need about 10-15 minute of mountain climbing. There is multiple entrance to this park. Unfortunately by following Google map direction, it lead you to no where. 戸倉城（とくらじょう，静岡県駿東郡清水町徳倉）山城，標高75m，比高65m，別名 本城山公園に登城しました．戸倉城は，三枚橋（沼津）城から非常に近く，狩野川の流れでも3km程度の上流にあり，興国寺城より近い． 戸倉城は，狩野川と柿田川の合流点，狩野川の河岸段丘になった三方を狩野川に囲まれた小山に築城されている．現在，本城山は，公園になっており，遺構は少ないが，金比羅神社周りに遺構が残っていた．西曲輪（八坂神社側）には，今なお堀切，土塁，土橋，石垣などか存在していた．ただし，公園案内図には道が書かれているが，整備がほとんどされておらず，草が茂る季節の見学は厳しいかもしれない． 本城山からの眺めは素晴らしく，周囲の城跡の多く，北条方では，山中城，泉頭（いずみがしら）城，韮山城，興国寺城）今川方では，長久保城がはっきり確認できる．残念ながら武田の城，三枚橋城は香貫山の尾根に遮られ見えない．北条方の間では，狼煙による情報伝達の中継基地に相応しい城である．

戸倉城は、文明年間(1469~1487年)今川氏によって築かれたとする史料が有りますが定かではなく、天文年間(1532~1544年)以降に築かれたとする説と、北条氏綱によって築かれたとする説があり、伊豆国と駿河国との境目の城として重要視され、三国同盟(駿･甲･相同盟)が破れた永禄11年(1568年)から元亀2年(1571年)に掛け武田氏と北条氏の争奪戦の舞台となりましたが、天正18年(1590年)豊臣秀吉の小田原征伐による小田原城の落城によって廃城となりました。 現在は、山頂部が本城山公園として整備され展望台が有ります。
