I visited on September 15th, which was a Japanese national holiday. The park was bustling with people, from children to the elderly. The park was well-maintained and clean, but I didn't like the poor manners of the people who brought their dogs and children, such as children riding bicycles, dogs playing off-leash, and dogs urinating in the middle of the walking path and not cleaning up...
