Fishing Facilities — Attraction in Tokyo

My son wanted to go fishing in the ocean. It took us a little over an hour from Asakusabashi with two trains and a bus. I didn't realize that the fishing booth where you can rent equipment and buy bait had closed at 5pm. We had our own rod, but not appropriate equipment and bait as I thought we could buy it there. We tried a little but it was really windy. There were plenty of people fishing along the bridge. I didn't see anyone catch anything. There were vending machines with drinks and ice cream. And they even had garbage cans which are rear in Tokyo. It probably would have been nice if we could rent fishing gear and it hadn't been so windy. They made an announcement in Japanese around 6.30. I think they might have let people know that the last bus was leaving soon, according to google maps it was, so...

▪️利用時間 午前6時から午後9時まで (午後9時に入口のゲートを閉めます) ▪️休場日 悪天候等の日 ▪️利用料 無料 ▪️利用者の制限 ①満12歳未満の者は16歳以上の者の同伴が必要です。 ②泥酔者 ③釣り竿は一人2本までとさせていただきます。 ▪️施設内での禁止行為 ①行商、 募金などの行為 ②所定場所以外での釣り ③遠距離の投げ釣り ④他人への迷惑行為 ⑤火の使用 ⑥お客様が公園外よりお持ちになったものは、すべて お持ち帰りください。 ⑦船舶の航行等へ支障となる行為 ⑧柵を乗り越え磯に降りないで下さい。 ▪️緊急閉鎖 ①開場時間中に強風・雷・津波などの異常事態が発生した時、あるいはその恐れのある時は管理者の指示に従って退場していただくことがあります。 ②悪天候の場合は閉鎖することが有ります。 ▪️安全施設 海釣り施設利用の安全を確保するために、 緊急時のための浮輪、はしご、インター ホン等を設置していますが、 個人でも十分注意するようにして下さい。 インターホンは管理棟と連絡がとれます。 〜「ゴミ」「すいがら」は、お持ち帰り下さい。〜 指定管理者 若洲シーサイドパークグループ

投げ釣りが引き起こす危険性 海上公園における「投げ釣り行為(注)」につきましては、 釣り針等の仕掛けが他の公園利用者に危険を及ぼすおそれがあることや船舶の航行に支障を来すおそれがあることから禁止になっています。 注1: 禁止行為 オーバースロー(振りかぶる)、サイドスロー(横振り)により仕掛けを投入する釣法 注2:推奨行為 アンダースロー (下投げ)による「ちょい投げ」

・投げ釣りは竿とオモリ・仕掛けを大きく (後ろに) 振りかぶって投げるため、 後方の公園一般利用者に接触し て怪我を負わせる危険性が高くなります。 ・釣り針が刺さった場合は、 釣り針にはカエシがあり、 抜けなくなります。 ・特に利用者が多い時には、隣り合う利用者同士の距離もとれず、 堤防では幅員も狭いため大変危険です。 ・若洲海浜公園釣り施設沖は、東京港の航路となっており、多く船舶の航行に支障を及ぼす。 また、投げた仕掛けで標識灯 (灯浮標) を破損させるおそれがあります。 ・ルアーの場合は、付いている釣り針が大きく危険度がさらに高まるだけでなく、本体がプラスチック製のもの...
