Tower Hall Funabori is a cultural complex run by Edogawa Ward, located in Funabori 4-chome, Edogawa Ward, Tokyo. It's also known as the Edogawa Ward Community Hall and commonly known as Funabori Tower. It opened on March 16, 1999.
As the third-tallest tower in Tokyo with an observation deck open to the public (115 meters, observation deck 103 meters), it is sometimes considered one of the "Three Great Towers of Tokyo," alongside Tokyo Skytree (634 meters, observation decks 350 meters and 450 meters) and Tokyo Tower (333 meters, observation decks 150 meters and 250 meters).
