This place is for people who want a place to sleep and chill. They clean the WC many times the day. The hosts are super friendly and perfect personalities. It's safe and in a quiet area. ||||I've been there are at August 2016 . The shower was 100 yen for hot water ( with a stopper in the timer ) . It was 100% clean . As for the sinks next to the fridges they were messy cause of the people throwing food in there . But the hosts were cleaning them again .You could also use the kitchen and some washing machines (not for free the washing machine). ||The people leaving there are multicultural. I've seen 2 or 3 people that were staying there and working ( trying their first steps in Tokyo ) . ||||5 mins away there is a huge supermarket , 10 mins away is the nearest station ( hibarigaoka ) . Which is 20 mins away from Ikebukuro . Costing 200 yen ( be careful there were some trains costing 400 yen . Have an app or use Google maps to be sure ) .||5 mins away there was a Seven Eleven ( which had an ATM machine ) and many goods . Next to my room there was a couple with a Baby, which means you can actually bring your kid too. ||The place is old, but the people there try to keep it clean. There are a couple of fridges on both floors. The kitchen is quite dirty though, messy and a bit sticky. I didn't really mind. The price is very affordable so it's totally fine. ||With 100 or 200 yen ( don't remember well ) you take a 8 minutes shower. Enough to do everything. ||For the washing machine you'll have to use about 300 yen. There is a dryer, if i remember correctly. ||The heating in the room works with coins too. 100 yen for 30 minutes or 60. It's a bit far from the city centre but it is not bad. ||To reach Ikebukuro Station, one of the main stations in Tokyo, takes about 25 minutes and it costs about 200 yen. ||The place itself is a bit old, but it's one of the chepest i've ever been in. ||Clean?
