Shimizugaoka Park — Attraction in Yokohama

One of the best parks in Yokohama, very fortunate to live nearby. Can be quite crowded on the weekend but on weekdays it is great and during school hours it is almost empty which is great for kids or practicing sports. Also, has a big athletic style swimming pool however sadly they require swimming caps and not really suited for kids to just play.

Also very good place for dogs, and has an amazing view of Fuji from Yokohama due to being on top of a large hill...

かなり広い公園。トイレは園内に３か所と体育館建物内の管理事務所横にもあります。 他に遊具、ベンチ、水道、自販機は多数あり、日陰も沢山あります。テニスコート２面、体育館、プール、野球場（専用）、サッカーも野球も両方出来るグラウンドもあります。

ただし、駐車場は第１駐車場（６６台＋障害者用２台）、第２駐車場（３０台）、第３駐車場（２９台＋障害者用１台）と、全部で３つありますが、施設が豊富な割には意外に収容台数が少ないので、イベントや野球やサッカーの試合等があると、すぐに満車になりやすいです。早いと朝１０時前には満車になってる事もあります。２４時間営業年中無休、料金は２時間まで４００円、以降３０分ごとに１００円加算されるシステムです。

サッカーや野球の試合がある時には駐車場にガードマンが２人付いているそうで、満車時は路上待機は出来ない旨の広報をしているそうです。パトカーもたまに巡回してますので路上待機はやめたほうがいいと思いますが、周辺にコインパーキングがなく、３００メートル近く坂を下った下の道路にありますが、こちらも４台くらいしか停められないので満車になってる時を考えて事前に他のコインパーキングを調べて...
