Yokote Observation Park (or Yokote Castle) is a nice little piece of history about the local area and the ruling families that used to be here. Set up high above Yokote, you can get a spectacular view of the whole city. Although it is not a true castle nor stands where the previous castle was, they tried to replicate the old castle tower.
