The alley behind the AtaTurk monument is the quietest especially after dusk. At the main entrance next to the busy street you can buy drinks or ice cream inside the park. Across the street there is an inexpensive simple canteen which served me warmed up quality dishes since it was 6.30 p.m. Full set lunch cost me 9 USD.
