Samuray — Restaurant in Bishkek City

Food was good but not the service. We ordered a pizza which was supposed to be a 300 soms deal according to their advertising but we were charged 450 for it. At the end of our lunch we ordered sushi take away and discovered that they also charged 15% service fees not only on the overprized pizza but also on the take away which we refused to pay. We pointed out the mistake and they still didn't return the 150 soms difference for the pizza neither they recalculated the 15% on the rightful amount. After we left we met friends outside and warned them about what happened. So far Samurai has lost 4 clients.. more to follow. It is very cheap to cheat people like this.. If you go to Samurai, be aware of this guys!

Заказали сет ХАН (80 роллов внутри). Нам сказали что через 30-50 мин максимум сет будет готов (заказывали на вынос). Просидели ровно полтора часа ожидая свой заказ, хотя во время "готовки наших роллов" заходили несколько человек и забирали роллы на вынос, хорошо если порцию, но судя по достаточно внушительным размерам их пакетиков-это были сеты. Спустя полтора часа, как только мы начали возмущаться, нам быстренько принесли заказ. На 80 роллов там было всего по одной маленькой баночке васаби и имбиря. Нам сказали, что в контейнерах есть ещё васаби и имбирь. И да, нас обманули. Ни первого, ни второго не было. Что касается самих роллов, то они тоже были на вялую четвёрку. Калифорния у нас была практически голая... Казалось, будто икру слегка посыпали сверху. Роллы с зеленью...тоже самое! И ещё парочка недочётов. Само место достаточно тихое и уютное. На протяжении всего этого времени внутри сидели только мы, никого не было (для тех, кто подумал что персонал забегался с другими клиентами...

Quite small restaurant, not too expensive. Menu has rolls with some salmon, tobico ( flying fish roe) and cheese, actually all the rolls includes cheese and it's too cold be careful if gonna come with kids. And some Korean style soups like ramen, pizza salad. also they do fried rolls I mean...
