We loved it. The host was marvelous - exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, lively and engaging. Told us a lot about butterflies, their lifecycle, habits and hardships. Recommend to drop by, maybe more fun for nature loving adults than children. Go and see it, they reopen around Easter. ❤️🦋🐢

It was the first butterfly house we visit in our life and the first opinion was that it is too small and old, but we saw a lot of butterflies inside. Different colors and sizes. After this butterfly house we are visited other in different European cities which was bigger and more expensive, but, all those other houses have only more space, but no more butterflies, even less that this butterfly house in Latvia. Great for seeing some exotic butterflies and a few birds! The place is quite small but houses many different species of butterfly ranging from small colourful ones to huge scary ones. However, I dont see a point to return after being there once, nothing really changes besides seeing butterflies being born...
