Ô-Glacée — Attraction in Thoum

Terrible experience! Went on a Saturday and waited 1.5 hours for our order, which they probably forgot. No apologies. Friend found an olive seed in her hummus. When we called the floor manager, she asked my friend to put back the seed in the hummus plate and unapologetically took it away. Another half-hour wait for the bill. Before leaving I addressed the issue to the owner, I heard that he will offer a 50% discount, but gave 5% and rudely mocked us when questioned. To make matters worse, the owner had an overall rude attitude and had the audacity to tell us that we were the only table who didn't like their food. He even tried to shift the blame onto our table, implying that there was something wrong with us rather than acknowledging the issues with their service and food quality. To top it off, at the end, the owner took a photo of us...

This was my first visit to kfaraabida beach and my first visit to o glacee!! A perfect beach bar with perfect and clean beach!

We went there to enjoy the sun and to tan! The beach is so clean, the waiters are helpful and the owners are so friendly.

They grill for lunch!! An amazing grill with tasty items. We have tasted the fattouch, batata harra and salade al raheb!! The batata hatta were top and highly recommended 👌👌 the two salads were also tasty.

Then we have tasted the grilled fish, samal bezri, grilled calamari, makanek, taouk and kafta! All the items were so good and tasty!

We are difinetly coming back!! Everything was so perfect 👌 and we really recommend...

A Hidden Gem for Seafood Lovers! Ô Glacée is such a cool spot — the seafood was absolutely excellent, some of the best I’ve had in a long time! The flavors were fresh and memorable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place was great with a nice crowd that added to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality seafood in a relaxed setting!
