I had the pleasure of staying at Le Six Hotel for an entire month while visiting Lebanon from Australia. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional, warm smiles at reception, genuine kindness from housekeeping, and attentive care from the hotel manager. Nothing was ever too much trouble; every request was met with graciousness and efficiency. The hotel itself is well kept— our room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal, the facilities are excellent, with a beautiful pool and well-maintained amenities that make it hard to leave the property at all.
We would like to personally thank every member of the team at Le Six Hotel for making our stay so memorable. Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned our month-long visit into a home away from home. If you’re visiting Batroun, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough — you’ll arrive as a guest and leave feeling...
Read moreWell I don’t know from where to begin to be honest. It was the worst hotel experience i have ever had, starting with the valet parking who didn’t even took my car but followed me to pay him a parking fee. Then when they gave me the keys of my room at the reception they didn’t even inform me of anything like where is my room? Which floor? Breakfast time? Nothing.. We entered the room, there was not a single bottle of water, they were in the fridge which you have to pay for. Now let’s talk about the breakfast, we prepaid 12$ for it. It was: 2 egg plates, 1 coffe, 1 orange, 1 croissant so i had to pay extra for an extra 1 of each since we’re 2 people! A bug was inside the bread basket too, plus the spoon and knife weren’t even washed they were dirty, and the eggs were made with LOTS of oil which isn’t eatable at all! (Shown in pictures) How are you guys still open ?! NOT...
Read moreI recently stayed at Le Six in Batroun, and my experience was far from what I expected for the price. While the room itself was okay, it didn’t feel as clean as it should have been. The towels looked used, and even the bed sheets didn’t seem freshly changed.
In the morning, I ordered coffee, but instead of delivering it properly, the staff just left it outside the door without informing me, which felt unprofessional. To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed during my stay, so we couldn’t order anything else from the hotel.
I also accidentally left my phone charger in the room and called the hotel just 5 minutes after checking out. Surprisingly, they told me they couldn’t find it, even though I was sure it was right next to the bed.
At $110 for a standard room, I felt the experience was very overrated. Overall, I would give my stay...
