If you ever been in a decent aquapark anywhere in the world you would never rate this place a 5 or even a 3 star 🤔. Visited Park weekday for a quite time with a family which was very very disappointing but probably mainly not due to the park itself but the staff and administration running it which was shocking to say atleast 😱. It all started with a face coverings at the reception when we tried to buy a tickets to the park. Half of the people in a hall not wearing face coverings at all as well as half of the staff not wearing them properly but we been told to wear it otherwise they wouldn't serve us at the till so we did. Then went down to the park no one wears a face covering and no distance. Air Temperature in the pools are too cold as well as water in some places. Not enough inflatable rings available for people to share as kids using the same rings for their slides for the durations leaving no opportunity for other visitors to use slides. Not enough life guards in the pools especially kids are as during hour spend in the kids area we haven't seen anyone. Floor tiles are slippery and currently wouldn't pass slip resistance test to comply to the current standards. This will cause a very serious injury to someone but I'm sure it's already did over the years but no one would take any notice or responsibility. Looks like wall tiles have been used here instead of the floor tiles. No correct information displayed anywhere about suitable colour rings to be used on the slides. No information displayed or passed to the customers about towels to be used on a saunas untill you get there and you see a notice on the entrance to the saunas itself. Noticed that quite few changing room door are broken not allowing people to lock them and engage occupancy sensor. Quite a lot of hair dryers are broken and only blows a cold air but admiration staff said they all working so I have to go down myself again and talk to other visitors and check them myself proofing that staff are wrong and lying to your face. I left the best bit to last - on our departure we were not able to leave the building through the gates as according to our entry watches we owed Park more money as we were late and spend slightly more time in a pool. Tried talking to the staff explaining why we were late but no one would listen and we been told we will not be able to leave building untill we pay outstanding balance. Administration staff was shocking with no n existing customer service skills, rude and with no common sense what's so ever. After an hour of conversations I had an opportunity to talk to the senior management which they were at home and out of hours as no one from the staff in a building could resolve this small misunderstanding. At the end we just paid for additional time we spend and left the building and probably this was a last time we visited this place... I wish all the best visiting this place and hope you will enjoy yourselves...

Read moreI've booked the stay with Flores Hotel/Aqua Park for my family as the Christmas present. We have never stayed there before and I was really looking forward for relaxing stay. However, I was so disappointed and upset of the experience during our stay.
1.There were no proper signs were appropriate car park is, for the which one we paid for as per of the room booking , but never got using. It took us long time to find were to leave the car. And when we asked receptionist about it it was like "oh its full" .
We went to Flores hotel to check in, but we were rudely told we are at the wrong reception and how we "do not know" that check in is at Aqua park reception.
Aqua park receptionist was very unpleasant and unwelcoming , in the way that I felt bad for checking in and disturbing her. Same was with the receptionist when we were checking out. I got scowled like a child, because my husband took his wrist watch and extra room key to the skiing park, which I've tried to explain we will return latter (which we did). After completing enormous amount on information during check in, we were not even given information of how to find our rooms :(
4.Took my mum for the SPA treatments ; first we were 5 minutes late, and we were STRONGLY informed about it by receptionist. I will admit it was my fault, coz silly me I thought Flores SPA reception will direct us, but no, it was wrong RECEPTION again. After another 2 reception desks we finally found our treatment room. The attitude of all reception desk staff and treatment room staff was appalling, no manners or pride to do they job right. Clearly they had no wish to be there. By the way, you need a map and at least 10 min walk to your treatment room.
The only lady who was polite and pleasant was the lady issuing towels at the water park.
On the good note; rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. However people whom we dealt with ruined our...
