DRUSKININKŲ KOLONADA, Restoranas - muzikinis klubas — Restaurant in Druskininkai

I give 2 starts only for nice weiter and interior food unfortunately can't be rated good. Today we were having lunch in this restaurant. We were greeted nicely and the same waiter was patient with us when we decided to move to another table. When the food was brought to our table it was quite disappointing, we ordered fries and turkey meatballs with potatoes for kids. All of that came under seasoned, no salt whatsoever and potatoes that came with meatballs were at least one day old and kept outside the fridge and were dried off and fried a bit to look better - disgusting. My mum ordered graded potato pancakes that were burned and fried with almost no fat. I ordered Kiev chicken with fries and coleslaw: Chicken Kiev was under seasoned massively again no salt and butter inside was only with spring onions... Boring. Coleslaw and what I had on a plate was two different things... I got graded cabbage and carrot dressed with mayo not coleslaw. Another thing to mention - food presentation of a 5 year old - looked like everything was just thrown on a plate. Overall I think they should invest more in a chef because the only thing worth having there is fries and those are bought in shop and not hand-cut... Pitty that items from general menu that should have quite a high standard were so...

Waited for our food for nearly 2 hours! The food was not served for everyone at the same time, first came pizzas then appetizers, then mains, then soup.. One main didn’t come at all and the server said it was the kitchen who forgot to make it. I was not given a spoon and had to go to the bar to pick it myself.. What annoys me the most is the fact local celebrity was sitting next to us and they had an amazing service, food was given way quicker and the server frequently went to ask if they were ok.

The food was tasteless, salmon on the potato pancakes was not very fresh, pizzas were the same as if you get in a chain restaurant for 2€ with a coupon. Porcini soup was the only decent dish. The only good thing that evening was good music. They charge 10€ for the ticket, money well spent, but at the end of the day if it wasn’t for the girl who performed that night, the evening would have been completely ruined.

It’s 2018, but this restaurant is still back in 1995. Dissapointing experience and I’m only giving 2 stars because of the singer. Food and service...

The advantage of this restaurant is tasty and nicely served appetizers and a nice location in the spa park. Unfortunately, I waited an hour for them, and one of the dishes was wrong anyway. Service without a smile, no "sorry" or gratitude - it looked as if the waitresses were working as a punishment. You have to look for a table yourself, even though it's the weekend, there are few guests and a lot of staff. It's a pity, because the place has potential, but the approach to the customer is definitely...
