Pasakų Park — Attraction in Vilnius

Overflowing trash bins, paved pathways which seem abandoned for a long time, used condoms and countless glass shards litering the same pathways and areas around it. What looks to be the start of possible renovation, the mounds of excavated grassless earth just make it seem even more so abandoned. The lack of proper paths makes it feel dangerous when it comes to ticks. The statues around the park seem nice, but have almost all been vandalized with graffities. The atmosphere of a forest is great, but the rest just makes it unappealing to say the least. Supposedly, there are projections, but this would be the las place I want to be...

Nice park in a residential district. It is all open area in the woods with lots of nature and wooden statues from various lithuanian legends and tales. This (2018-2019) winter they have lighted exhibition on the snow about the symbols and persons from lithuanian legends. Worth visiting the exhibition. The legends are written in both Lithuanian and English languages. Car parking on the side...

This park used to have a poor reputation but I believe the situation have changed. It has beautiful wood sculptures and a lot of animals such as squirreles. You can actually see them quite often playing on the trees and chasing each other. All in all, it's a nice place to visit for a walk...
