I have been coming here to stay for about 4 years now due to work, and I do have to say that this is one of the most reasonably priced, and well kept hotels I have seen in my travels. What has been interesting is the amazing upgrades to everything since COVID. Three new additional food establishments, a new coffee stand, and now the update of the Starlight sports bar. Everything has improved since I started coming here. And most importantly, customer service: I came once, and noticed the fire doors had for wedges to hold them open. I went down to the staff, and noticed their fire alarm had been in a fault. I mentioned the extreme safety hazard, and by the next day, they had worked to get an emergency call out to repair the system. More recently, I came to check in on a busy week, swearing that I had a reservation... I did not. They found a room, and were more than accommodating to either my fault or theirs. Tammy deserves a raise. The one thing I would love to fix is the points, let me get points for booking a hotel. I don't gamble, but stay here often, it would be nice to get some kind of benefit.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years and it's sad to say we will no longer. We just stayed in room 354 of Tower 2 and the bed is so saggy it's like sleeping in a trough. We stayed two nights and my back is absolutely killing me. 8 out of 10 times we try to stay in Tower one in the two room suite 328 or 306 that has two bathrooms. Also Tower one is the closest to the casino as my wife is mobility impaired it's necessary to be closer. In the last 4 months it's impossible to get the two room suites in Tower one due to the fact you now have to be a high roller and require a Casino Host to block the room for you. We have spent thousands of dollars in all the years and it's shameful that normal people can no longer enjoy a room like that because we don't spend tens of thousands of dollars. To a lesser degree but still adds insult to injury is that the drink pours are very light. I guess a 1/4 ounce is considered a full shot. I don't mind paying for a cocktail as long as I get what I paid for. I understand the food portions have gone smaller while the prices have gotten larger. I guess that's covid's fault also. That's okay it's not really a big deal. My wife and I used to come for bingo and spend two nights she would spend quite a bit at Bingo and at the slots. The service is always been good and we always appreciate and tip the staff as they do work very hard. I've never really had an issue with the food in any of the eating establishments. It's always been good and exceptionally in the Seafood bar. The new sports bar is nice but I do miss the roulette table as I did spend a lot. It also seems like the players card if you don't use it for a month you lose all the points. I guess we will be taking our business over to Lucky Eagle. I'll really miss the Cigar Bar as twice a year I would meet friends during a weekend stay and enjoy a good cigar and good scotch.

Booked through Travelocity, spent around $148 per night, booked two rooms. I called the night before they said for us to stop in on our way into town and get “checked in” so we could get our room earlier than 4pm. When we arrived at 3:58 we were told neither room was ready yet. Then after 20 minutes at the front desk, they said one room was ready...15 minutes later the second room was ready. Smell in the hotel is musty. Beds were super comfy. Pool was super salty for the kids. Arcade is really just a XBOX game room. The bad parts: kids have to walk through smoking casino to get to the Buffet or you can walk around outside. Elevator only one was working. Customer service was not excellent here. Website also says they are not pet friendly unless service animal however there were a to of animals at the hotel.

Good, modern casino with a decent amount of machines. Good restaurants with great seafood and other items. Most rooms seem to have been updated. There are some with family suites or jacuzzi tubs. There's a large event center for concerts, dances and other large events. There are also different smaller banquet rooms for events such as baby showers, corporate dinners, class reunions or rehearsal dinners.

Fun local casino! Clean and great customer service. Lots of different restaurants and food choices! They have a great SPA and coffee/espresso bar. They have a hotel attached to the casino. Great places to watch sports within the casino and sports gambling as well. Don't forget to play KENO! We will go again and I would recommend to others!
