Domaines Vinsmoselle - Caves des Crémants POLL-FABAIRE — Attraction in Wormeldange

The worst customer experience ever. After a great time at the sunny terrace, we decided to sat down in the car for a while to digest the glasses and to take a break before going back. The lady was staring at us for 20min and asked to leave the parking space because we are blocking two spaces - the one next to us was empty. We told her that we will leave in 10min, but she was not satisfied - instead she took the photo of our car while we are sitting in (we knew that the photo was taken because the flash was on). I asked the lady to remove the photo, but she denied and said she did not take the photo - she hurried back into the building and disappeared. This is truly a shame after such a good sunny wine...

My wife and I came here in Spring on a Sunday, it was very quiet. Our small dog also allowed to go inside. We say inside, but they do have a terrace overlooking thr lovely river. Parking on site. We bought tickets online about week in advance, but probably not needed. They have a small food menu also, good prices all around. Also a gift shop available to buy bottles and glasses. Really nice atmosphere in a lovely art deco building. Recommend for trying sparkling "cremant"...

The location and views are lovely. However, on walking into the Waïnstuff the hostess rudely told us in Luxembourgish then French that she was on her own, too busy and that we have to wait. No hello, no sorry but ...no smile. We were not expecting to be served immediately nor were we expecting 5 star treatment. But the unwelcoming atmosphere the hostess brought made us decide to leave before being seated. Kann echt net...
