This place is quite a cut above most Luxembourgish restaurants, especially for those out of the capital. The service is 5 stars (or 7 or 8! 😁) with a crew fully committed to offer a personalized, friendly and warm attention, which is not common at all for Luxy restos, especially when you're not a local. The menu, which is mainly a combination of Luxembourgish and French cuisine surprisingly offers SUCH GOOD options for vegans! I highly recommend the vegan burger (big wow!) and the big vegan starter. A breathtaking view at the back that you can enjoy from the terrace complets it all. I'd just recommend including at least one vegan choice for puddings in the menu. Although the service was very friendly, I have to say I was disappointed with the vegan options: a burger, a salad called tofu bowl, and hummus with falafel all for €19/20 (!). Boring options that cost way too much money for what they were. I know it's a relatively remote place, but what keeps you from offering a wider selection of vegan foods? It's 2021, just google vegan recipes for some inspiration. I didn't even get dessert, because all there was for us was sorbet 🙄. The coffee came with an unvegan cookie. Service is really nice, starter was good, but the main dish... Omg the traditional dumpling, it wasn't a dumpling, it was more like gnocchi, but without potatoes. Just boiled flour. The sauces were cream based, which was not listed on the menu and we had two lactose intolerant at the table. So we didn't eat it, gave it a try, but not for us.
