I visited this outlet for few times and I received good services by the malay girl staff. But this Chinese guy (I bet he's Chinese based on his look, a bit chubby), the way he speak was so rude. Kerja macam acuh tak acuh, the way he respond pun macam I buat kesalahan besar sebab tanya question, asking for recommendation also pun he looks malas nak jawab. No update whether the drink was ready or not. He just proceed playing phone. And I wait like orang bodoh cause I don't realized my drink is done up until I saw him playing phone then I saw my cup, I asked him whether the this drink ismy drink. He respond with "ya" without saw my face and he just scrolling his phone.
