Kapas Turtle Valley — Attraction in undefined

A late review but here’s one nonetheless as I’m looking through the pictures of me at Kapas Turtle Valley and reminiscing what possibly was the best trip of my life.

I’ve always been big on travelling & my favourite places to explore are all the low-profile and underrated locations in the world. Following that theme, Kapas stole my heart.

May 2022: My older sister, her best-friend & I planned to go on a short 4-days trip to somewhere extremely quiet and peaceful by the beach, no crowd, no noise, just us and the beach-waves. Few google searches later we found out about Kapas Island, and thus, Kapas Turtle Valley. I emailed Nicholas & Nadia regarding our booking & they were the most helpful hosts ever.

please remember to book your bungalows at least 2-3 months prior the planned trip. it is a beautiful & exclusive spot, and hence stays booked most of the times

We made the trip happen in September, and it was sooo beautiful & peaceful, that I think I left a huge chunk of my heart there. Starting from Nicholas & Nadia’s warm-welcome to the most fun-loving staff, this place will make you feel like home. Every morning, the breakfast alongside the beautiful view was just breathtaking. Not to mention, the place comes with all sorts of snorkelling and kayaking supplies so feel free to make the most out of it during your trip!

I shall add that Nicholas, Nadia, and the rest are also amazing cooks, so you have got to try their dinner menu at least once! So delicious and worth-it 🤍

Kapas Turtle Island Resort is truly a hidden gem. Nestled in a beautiful and secluded bay, the natural beauty of this place is simply breathtaking. The pristine beaches, clear turquoise waters, and lush greenery make for an idyllic place to relax.

One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible snorkeling. The underwater world here is vibrant and full of life, making it a snorkeler's paradise. We spent hours exploring the stunning coral reefs and swimming alongside a variety of colorful marine creatures.

What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the warm and genuine welcome you receive from the staff and owners. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Their hospitality is unmatched, and it genuinely enhanced our overall experience.

The food at Kapas Turtle Island Resort is excellent, offering a delightful variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that cater to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary treat, perfectly complementing the serene surroundings.

Wow! We spent a glorious week at KTV as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Kapas is a beautiful tropical paradise island, so quiet and peaceful with the best snorkelling we’ve ever experienced. There is an abundance of tropical fish and sea-life on every beach and every cove. But beyond that what made our time in Kapas so special was the welcome and warmth from Nadia, Nicholas and the whole team at KTV. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ‘Hornbill’ chalet which was the perfect size with a glorious view. Nadia’s food is the best on the island and we mostly ate there every lunch and dinner (although other places were nice too). Kayaking and snorkelling equipment is all free to use and available and lots of kids play items for the beach too. There is nothing that they weren’t able to do to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Quite simply KTV is the best beach holiday we have ever had. Thank you Nadia, Nicholas and the team.
