The building is already great but the filling and presentation of its history is very very disappointing, not worth the value of the tickets charged. There was no guards to make sure visitors have tickets to enter.

It is recommended that during school holidays or publics holidays, have a models wearing traditional clothes and they always hover in the museum so that visitors can see the actual wearing of clothes of the glory days of Melaka both Royal, Ministerial and commoners.

The models of the Melaka house should be filled with real artifacts abd models performing real activities such as playing sepak raga, silat training, bermain guli, and set cooking activities in the kitchen by using wood stove and 'kukur kelapa' methods.

Live the area with the real situation, so that visitors from both within the country and abroad are satisfied and will viralize the special features of Hang Tuah Center.

For the management...please try to think more critically...

The wheelchair accessible entrance is a bit far from the main entrance itself as it is at the auditorium. Upon entering, you'll first be greeted with two tables of traditional games. I don't know if they change it but during my visit the games were congkak, checkers and ceper. The exhibits themselves are not in abundance and they kept repeating things - telling the same facts again and again. The exhibits were not updated, some of it were damaged, the translations were off, and a major pet peeve of mine was that there were no guides around. Granted, the place was small and clean, but would it kill to put one person more to guide people around as this was during the school holidays - more customers for them. It would help if the workers wore something traditional to reflect the same atmosphere they were trying to pull off here. I might be nitpicking but surely the extra effort would...
