This was our fourth camping trip, a 4 days and 3 nights adventure. Before coming here, we did some research and read reviews about this campsite, so we decided to give it a try. And honestly—we were not disappointed with our choice!
Like any campsite, there are both pros and cons. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the peaceful environment, the spacious camping lots, the friendly and responsible camp keeper, and the basic facilities and services provided. It gave us a very relaxing vibe.
🐜 Our main concern, however, was the bugs. Mosquito coils were helpful in keeping mosquitoes away, but they didn’t work for flies and other insects. I must admit, I ended up with a lot of mosquito bites when I forgot to bring the coil along.
⛈️ Weather-wise, we experienced one night of heavy thunderstorms and another night of moderate rain. The water drainage around the campsite was generally fine, but our first lot turned into mud after the downpour. We decided to move to another lot, and things were much better the following rain night.
🌿 One of the most surprising and memorable parts of this trip was meeting some “nature visitors”—wildlife that we hardly get to see in the city or even on hiking trails. It was such a refreshing encounter!
Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience:
Environment: Nice landscape, wild and peaceful.
Weather: Hot for about 3–4 hours during the day, but very cold at night. No fan needed, but definitely need blanket when sleeping.
Washroom: Kampung-style, simple but functional.
Technology: Very weak Maxis signal, no Wi-Fi, no electric points. Just pure jungle vibes, with the sound of insects and the flowing river.
✨ Will we come back? Definitely YES!...

Read moreUnfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at this campsite, mainly due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the owner. The behavior of the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. The owner's behavior towards us was unacceptable. Instead of addressing our concerns in a professional manner, the owner chose to use offensive language on social media, which was highly inappropriate and unbecoming of a business owner.
The campsite was not easily accessible by wagon, which made it difficult to transport our camping gear.
The car park area was another major issue. It was infested with ants, and my car was swarmed by them, which was an extremely unpleasant experience.
I would not recommend this campsite to anyone due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner and the lack of basic amenities. Our camping trip was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately the unprofessional behavior of the owner completely ruined...
